Our process

From first call to dry structure — here's exactly what to expect..

You call. Someone answers. We ask about the type of storm damage, the extent of the affected area, and whether the structure is safe to enter. We dispatch the appropriate crew and equipment immediately.

If the storm created structural breaches — missing roofing, broken windows, open walls — we secure the structure with board-up and tarping to prevent ongoing water intrusion while restoration begins.

We assess the full extent of water intrusion using professional moisture meters and thermal imaging — identifying hidden moisture in walls, ceilings, subfloors, and structural cavities that isn't visible at the surface.

Industrial extraction equipment removes standing water and surface moisture from all affected areas.

Commercial air movers and dehumidifiers are placed based on the moisture map — drying structural materials throughout their depth, not just the surface. Daily monitoring and moisture readings track progress throughout the drying phase.

We document moisture levels, affected materials, equipment placement, and daily readings throughout the project — building the file your adjuster needs to process the claim. We've worked with every major carrier and understand what storm damage claims require.

Once the structure is dry, we assess what materials need repair or replacement. CT Construction coordinates the rebuild phase — one company from mitigation through finished space.
