Our process

From assessment to clean system — here's exactly what to expect ..

We evaluate the system — residential or commercial — checking configuration, grease accumulation level, ductwork access, and any areas requiring special attention before quoting.

Surrounding surfaces, cooking equipment, and floors are protected before cleaning begins.

Filters, baffles, and grease collection devices are removed for cleaning. Drip trays are emptied.

All interior hood surfaces are cleaned of grease buildup — to bare metal on commercial systems.

Connected ductwork is cleaned of accumulated grease. For commercial systems, this runs the full length to the rooftop termination point through access panels — the step most incomplete services skip.

Fan blades and housing interior are cleaned. For commercial exhaust fans at the rooftop, the fan is hinged open and the grease containment system is checked and cleared.

Everything is reinstalled and confirmed in proper working order. Commercial jobs receive a service tag and documentation.
