The IPM Approach
We identify before we treat. Every time.
Integrated Pest Management is the science-based alternative to blanket chemical treatment. It starts with correctly identifying the pest — because the product that eliminates termites is not the product that eliminates bed bugs, and applying the wrong treatment wastes time and money while the actual problem continues.
Bug Tech's process:
A licensed technician assesses the property, identifies the pest species, locates the infestation source, and evaluates entry points and contributing conditions.
Correct identification of the pest and the severity of the infestation determines the most effective treatment approach.
A customized treatment plan is applied using the combination of biological, mechanical, and chemical controls best suited to the specific situation. Chemical treatments are used where necessary and targeted precisely — not broadcast generally.
Follow-up visits verify the treatment worked and catch any reinfestation before it becomes a new problem.
Entry points sealed, contributing conditions addressed, and a recurring program established to maintain protection between service visits.
Residential & Commercial
Bug Tech serves homeowners, landlords, property managers, restaurants, retail stores, offices, warehouses, schools, healthcare facilities, and agricultural operations across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Commercial pest control programs are customized to each facility type — including HACCP-compliant food service programs, warehouse integrated pest management, and multi-unit residential programs.
BT Armor — Recurring Protection
Stop dealing with one at a time.
BT Armor is Bug Tech's recurring perimeter protection program — scheduled exterior treatments that maintain a barrier around your home or business through the seasons, preventing infestations before they start. When you enroll in BT Armor, you receive a $50 Carpet Tech gift card as our way of welcoming you to the program.
The BT Armor approach treats the perimeter, foundation, and key entry points on a scheduled cycle — adapting to seasonal pest pressures as they shift throughout the year. Between scheduled visits, if a covered pest shows up inside your home, Bug Tech comes back at no additional charge.
