Our process
From assessment to dry floor — here's exactly what to expect.
We assess the tile type, grout condition, level of soiling, and any mineral buildup or staining before we start. Natural stone tile — marble, travertine, limestone — requires a different approach than ceramic or porcelain. We identify what we're working with and confirm the right method before any equipment touches the floor.
Heavily soiled areas and stubborn staining receive targeted pre-treatment to loosen buildup before the main cleaning pass.
Our Turbo Tile & Grout Cleaner works across the full surface — breaking the bond between embedded grime and the grout pores and extracting it completely through the self-contained system. One pass restores what years of mopping couldn't.
The surface is rinsed and inspected. Stubborn areas receive additional attention until the result meets our standard.
We recommend sealing after every professional cleaning. Clean grout pores are as open as they'll ever be — sealing closes them and dramatically slows re-soiling. Your technician discusses sealing options before applying anything.
We walk the completed floor with you before we leave. If anything doesn't meet the standard, we address it before we go.
Add Grout Sealing — Make the Clean Last
Clean grout is an opportunity. Sealed grout stays clean.
After professional cleaning, grout pores are as open as they'll ever be — which means they'll re-soil at the same rate as before unless you protect them. A penetrating sealer fills those pores with a barrier that dramatically slows future staining, makes routine mopping more effective, and protects the clean you just paid for.
Since sealing lasts one to three years depending on traffic, moisture, and sealer type. We recommend it after every professional cleaning as the final step that makes the result last.
