Our process

Here's what to expect.

Your technician identifies the fabric type and checks for staining, odor, and pet damage. Not all fabrics clean the same way — we determine the right method before we start.

Stains, high-use areas, and pet spots get pre-treated with professional-grade solutions matched to the stain type and fabric.

Steam cleaning for most durable fabrics. Dry cleaning for fabrics and drapes that can't handle moisture. We bring both capabilities to your home or business.

Remaining stains get individual attention. We'll tell you upfront if a stain is unlikely to come out fully.

A fabric protectant that repels liquid spills and slows re-soiling — giving you more time to clean up accidents before they set.

We walk through every piece with you before we leave.

Drapery Cleaning

Drapes should be cleaned every two years whether they look dirty or not.

Drapes trap airborne particles, dust, allergens, and bacteria from recirculated air constantly. The visible dirt is just the surface layer of a buildup that's been happening the whole time.

We offer dry cleaning and steam cleaning for drapes on-site — so you don't have to take them down, haul them in, and rehang them. We come to you.
