The tech were amazing!

I was away from home for two months and I came back to mice! A friend of mine recommended Bug Tech and I can’t be more than happy with their services. The friendly ladies at the office scheduled an appointment for me for the same day and sent Keoni to set up all the traps (both indoor and outdoor) and it went great! It’s been a few months since and Keoni came today to replace any eaten poison from within the traps and to put more baits in hard to reach areas that mice might get to. Only one of the traps had a few nibbles on it while the others were untouched. I haven’t seen any activity since that first time they set up the traps, so I’m so grateful!

Nick and Elijah were my techs today and they were on time, and very respectful! They let me know what was going on as they went. I had them clean and sanitize the floors. They listened to my needs and got to work immediately! They were a great team and worked really well together! I’m thinking of having some duct work in the attack dome and I will definitely be calling Carpet Tech again!!! Thank you guys so much!!!

Brandon Runnels was excellent!! He explained everything he would be doing, kept me informed on possibilities as well as what was observed.
