Polished, Stained & Stamped Concrete Turn Plain Concrete Into Something Worth Looking At

Stamped concrete is poured, colored, and imprinted with rubber stamps while the concrete is still workable — creating texture patterns that closely mimic the look of natural stone, brick, slate, wood plank, cobblestone, or tile. The result is a decorative surface that costs significantly less than the materials it replicates, requires minimal maintenance compared to actual stone or pavers, and holds up well in West Texas heat and UV exposure when properly sealed.

Color is typically added as integral pigment in the concrete mix, or through color hardener broadcast onto the surface before stamping. Accent color is applied after stamping to bring out the texture and create depth in the pattern. A sealer is applied after everything cures to protect the surface and lock in the color.

Stamped concrete does require periodic resealing — typically every two to three years depending on sun exposure and traffic — to maintain its appearance and protect the surface from weather, UV fading, and staining. West Texas sun is hard on sealers; we use UV-stable products and will advise on the right resealing schedule for your specific installation.
