Our process
From quote to finished floor — here's exactly what to expect.
We look at the surface, discuss your vision — finish, color, pattern, and functional requirements — and give you a clear quote before any work starts.
For polishing and staining: the existing concrete is assessed, old coatings removed if needed, cracks addressed, and the surface prepared for the work. Preparation is the step that determines whether the result holds up.
Polishing: diamond grinding sequence, progressively finer, to the specified gloss level. Staining: acid or water-based stain applied and worked into the surface. Neutralized and cleaned before sealing. Stamping: stamps pressed into the concrete, accent color applied, surface detailed.
Every finished concrete surface is sealed to protect it and complete the appearance. Sealer choice affects the final sheen and the surface's resistance to staining, UV exposure, and traffic.
We walk the completed surface with you before we leave.
