Why Speed Is Everything

Every hour matters. Here's why.

Water damage begins within hours and can trigger mold growth within 24 to 48 hours of initial exposure. A fire scene left unaddressed allows soot and smoke odor to permanently embed in surfaces. The difference between calling immediately and waiting a day can mean the difference between restoration and replacement.

This is why restoration is different from every other service we offer. In carpet cleaning, waiting a week doesn’t change the outcome. In restoration, waiting a day can. Fast response isn’t just about limiting structural damage. It’s about protecting the belongings, spaces, and routines relied on every day. The sooner restoration begins, the more we’re often able to save.

When you call us, you’ll speak to someone who knows what questions to ask, can guide you through immediate steps to limit damage while we’re en route, and can mobilize our team to your location as quickly as possible.

What We Handle

Contents Cleaning & Pack-Out

The structure is what we dry. The contents are what people actually care about.

When a home suffers water damage, fire, or smoke loss, the drywall and flooring can be replaced. The family photographs, the heirloom furniture, the keepsakes from a child's first years, the documents that can't be reprinted — those are what people lose sleep over.

When a restoration project calls for it, our team carefully inventories and packs salvageable contents, removes them from the affected space, and brings them to our dedicated contents restoration facility. There, items are professionally cleaned, deodorized, and restored before being returned to the home once the structure is ready.

This does more than protect belongings. It clears the work area so drying and demolition can proceed without working around furniture and personal items. It gets contents into a controlled environment where they can be properly assessed and treated. And it gives families one less thing to manage during an already overwhelming situation.

People are often surprised by what can be saved. Items that look like a loss — smoke-affected clothing, water-damaged furniture, electronics exposed to moisture — frequently respond to professional restoration in ways that simple cleaning at home never could.

We inventory everything that leaves the home and return everything that can be saved. That record also supports the contents portion of your insurance claim.

We Work With Your Insurance

We handle the documentation, so you don't have to.

Most restoration projects involve an insurance claim, and we know how to work within that process. From the first hour on-site, we document everything your adjuster will need — moisture readings, thermal imaging, photographic evidence, and a full written scope of work. We've worked alongside every major carrier and understand what documentation a claim requires.

We don't control what insurance companies decide — but we make sure the record we build gives your claim the strongest possible foundation.

Tell us your carrier when you call. We'll handle the rest.

What Happens When You Call

Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you call.

Not voicemail—a Carpet Tech team member who knows restoration and can start helping immediately.

Type of damage, how long it's been present, size of the affected area, whether the source has been stopped. This lets us mobilize the right crew and equipment before we arrive.

If there are safe steps you can take while we're en route — such as moving valuables, turning off the water, or opening windows — we'll walk you through them. We won't ask you to do anything unsafe.

Our team arrives with moisture meters, extraction equipment, air movers, and dehumidifiers. We assess the full extent of the damage — including hidden moisture in walls and subfloors that isn't visible.

We don't leave and come back the next day. Work starts on the first visit. The faster extraction and drying begin, the less total damage you end up with.

Throughout the job — often spanning multiple days for drying and assessment — we communicate clearly about what we're finding, what we're doing, and what comes next.

Residential & Commercial

We respond to residential emergencies — the burst pipe at 11pm, the kitchen fire, the flooded living room — and to commercial emergencies that affect businesses, offices, restaurants, retail spaces, and multi-unit properties. For commercial clients, we understand the urgency of getting operations back online quickly and work to minimize the disruption to your business alongside the restoration work.

Josh and his men were here on time. they all introduced themselves and immediately got to work. They were thorough, and neat. They did a good job cleaning up after their work was complete. I scheduled them to do my son's home next.

water or fire damage? We respond 24/7. Call now: 833-326-6707 — someone always picks up.

Quick answers to
common questions.

Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. 24/7 means every hour of every day, including weekends and holidays. When a pipe bursts or a fire happens, it’s rarely during business hours. We answer whenever you call.
Should I try to clean up the water myself before you arrive?
For standing water, removing as much as you safely can (with towels, mops, or a wet vac) can help limit spread — but don’t use household fans instead of calling us. They can push mold spores and don’t have the extraction power to address moisture in walls and subfloors. Call us first; we’ll tell you what to do while we’re on the way.
How quickly can you get there?
Response time depends on location and current crew availability. We’ll give you an honest ETA when you call. Our goal is to be on-site the same day — often within hours for active emergencies.
Will my insurance cover this?
Most water damage and fire damage is covered by standard homeowners and commercial property insurance policies. Coverage depends on the cause, your policy terms, and your deductible. We document everything from the first visit to support your claim. Call your insurance carrier to report the claim — and call us to start the work.
How long does the floor take to dry?
One to two hours in most cases. Our self-contained system extracts the dirty water simultaneously with cleaning, leaving minimal standing water. Shower tile in an enclosed space may take slightly longer.
What if I'm not sure whether it's serious enough to call?
Call. There’s no such thing as too early to get a restoration company involved. Minor water intrusion that isn’t fully dried can lead to mold in 24 to 48 hours. We’d far rather assess a situation that turns out to be minor than arrive after damage that a quicker call would have prevented.
Do you handle commercial emergency restoration?
Yes — offices, restaurants, retail spaces, hotels, multi-unit residential, and commercial buildings of all sizes. We understand business continuity matters alongside the restoration itself.
