From the first call to the final walkthrough — here's exactly what happens..

Most jobs are quoted by phone. Complex situations like heavy staining, pet treatment, repairs, get a free onsite estimate.

You get a text with your technician's name and photo before they arrive. That way you know who's coming before they knock.

Your tech walks the space with you first, noting high-traffic areas, stains, and anything that needs special attention. Your results will be discussed before work begins.

Problem areas get treated before the main clean so the extraction pass is as effective as possible.

Our truck-mounted system heats water to over 220°F and drives it deep into the carpet fibers, then extracts approximately 90–95% back out — along with everything it loosened. Purified, deionized water, no soap, no residue. Just carpets that dry faster and stay cleaner longer.

Anything that didn't fully lift gets individual attention. If a stain won't come out completely, we will let you know upfront.

We walk the space with you before we leave to make sure you are satisfied.

Why no soap? Soap residue in carpet fibers attracts dirt faster. Our purified water process leaves nothing behind. That way your carpet stays cleaner between visits, not just right after we leave.

Pet Treatment
