Carpet Tech started in Lubbock in 1996 — restarted, really, by a young man who'd lost his brother and bought back a carpet cleaning van to keep Chad's dream alive. The Lubbock community was there from the beginning. They called. They referred their neighbors. They supported a small local company when they could have called someone else.

Nearly 30 years later, we serve six markets across West Texas, Eastern New Mexico, and North DFW. And in every one of those communities, the same thing is true: the people who hire us, trust us with their homes, and recommend us to their friends are our neighbors. We take that seriously.

Every holiday season, Carpet Tech runs its annual BOGO Toy Drive for Buckner Lubbock — one of our most beloved traditions and one of the things our team looks forward to most each year.

Here's how it works: book a carpet cleaning and bring a new, unwrapped toy. You get a free room of carpet cleaning. The toy goes to a child in Buckner Lubbock's foster care program — placed under a Christmas tree on Christmas morning from "Santa." Since the drive began, Carpet Tech customers have donated thousands of toys — each year more than the last. These gifts reach children in foster families who haven't always — or sometimes ever — had that experience on Christmas morning.
