Both technicians were very friendly. They were able to come early. Michael did a thorough inspection of what I wanted before starting. The guys worked efficiently and effectively. They worked hard!! (We have 2 big indoor dogs; so they removed lots of hair!) They did an excellent job. My carpet is old; but it looks good as new now. Plus the house smells sooo good!! Definitely worth the money paid!! Thank you!!

They worked efficiently to get the equipment setup to clean, cleaned the air ducts/vents thoroughly and did a full inspection during and after to make sure everything was clean, even vacuumed after they finished. I had Carpet Tech come out and give us an estimate for carpet, cleaning and Saltillo tile cleaning. We decided to move ahead with the cleanings. Got them scheduled easily. But before I had even called them to schedule, flowers were delivered to our house from Carpet Tech. A great touch. I’ll do another review after our carpet is cleaned and our tile is stripped and resealed.
Update: The guys arrived when they said they would be here and did a brilliant job, cleaning our carpet and cleaning and resealing our Saltillo tile. We couldn’t be happier with the job they did. They were very nice, very professional and really got to work quickly. The end result looks awesome. Our tile shines like it never has. Our carpet smell fresh and look beautiful. I 100% recommend Carpet Tech and will only use them in the future.

Everything was great until they left and I noticed they had left piles of someone else’s hair in my driveway along with a pile of dust. I do live out in the country but still there was a dumpster less then 5 feet away… really disgusting.
